When I went there for my first appointment it was awesome but once I got there I already felt a little like family Mindy was the nicest person alive and and Dr. Payne was very funny and enthusiastic about everything. I also could not stop smiling that's how great the place and staff was. I definitely recommend ORTHODONTICS AT BRIDGETOWER.

Honestly in my opinion Orthodontics at Bridgetower is the best place to go for your orthodontic needs. I absolutely love my braces I got. The doctor and nurses are so nice and understanding. Like I said in the beggining I do consider Orthodontics at Bridgetower a great resource for any of your Orthodontic needs.

Everyone is so kind. Another thing is that we like is they run a tight schedule so you never have to wait long. we went to a different orthodontist before and then we found Bridgetower and we stayed there. We love them!

orthodontics at bridgetower has orthodontists you can really trust, not the orthodontists that say "you need braces" no matter what they really think.
At the price of any Orthodontics place, you can get a friend discount and it becomes cheaper, the staff are very pleasant and enjoyable, and Dr. Payne has a quick and steady hand that gets the job done with an incredible sense of humor to boot! I get my teeth cleaned, fixed, and I get more than my family's money's worth. The people that set everything up don't put up a huge fuss, they don't pester you with annoying and repetitive calls, and the staff you consult with are clear and concise, helpful, and bright. All in all, an enjoyable experience with a doc that is helpful and considerate.
I visited Dr. Payne for the first time this week. Everyone in his office is so friendly and nice. Dr. Payne did not cause me any pain either (get it?)! I am going to be spending a lot of time at this office in the next few years. I'm super happy that it's such a friendly place and it's fun too. They even have a video game in the waiting room, wow! Plus Payne Points is a cool program for kids. Way to go BridgeTower Orthodonics!
Although the name Payne might be scary, there is nothing to worry about. Dr. Payne. He makes sure you are in no pain. After I got a big device called a mara he called my house to make sure i was ok.That was a great supriseThe staff is always welcoming and have great smiles. If you have to have braces this is the place to go!
Dr. Payne and his assistants are so very friendly not only me, but to each other! They get the job done efficiently and with a smile. I could not ask for a better orthodontist!
