When I went there for my first appointment it was awesome but once I got there I already felt a little like family Mindy was the nicest person alive and and Dr. Payne was very funny and enthusiastic about everything. I also could not stop smiling that's how great the place and staff was. I definitely recommend ORTHODONTICS AT BRIDGETOWER.

Honestly in my opinion Orthodontics at Bridgetower is the best place to go for your orthodontic needs. I absolutely love my braces I got. The doctor and nurses are so nice and understanding. Like I said in the beggining I do consider Orthodontics at Bridgetower a great resource for any of your Orthodontic needs.

Everyone is so kind. Another thing is that we like is they run a tight schedule so you never have to wait long. we went to a different orthodontist before and then we found Bridgetower and we stayed there. We love them!

orthodontics at bridgetower has orthodontists you can really trust, not the orthodontists that say "you need braces" no matter what they really think.
Dr. Payne is awesome!! Also the staff is very friendly and they are very good at what they do!! They make me feel welcome when i go to my appointments too.
The treatment is very personal, you can tell that Dr. Payne cares about each of his patients and their individual experiences. The wait time for scheduled appointments has never been longer than a few minutes, and the game room keeps the kids happy if there is a wait. We are always greeted with a smile and warm demeanor by the staff. They work hard to make the braces experience as pleasant as possible.

Dr. Payne was so nice and kind when i was getting my braces on! He complimented me and made me laugh. The rest of the staff was also kind and made me feel welcome. Dr. Payne ever called to check up on me. I would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for braces.
